Are you planning to visit Rijksmuseum de Gevangenpoort/The Prison Gate Museum? Keep in mind that a limited number of people are allowed per quarter hour. Especially during school holidays and weekends, it is advisable to buy a ticket in advance.
With an online ticket, you are guaranteed access to the museum and you avoid long waits at the ticket office. Tickets can be purchased at the box office if the time slot or tour is not sold out.

When purchasing an online ticket, you automatically reserve a time slot. The time slot has your arrival date & time.
Ticket printing not necessary. Save your online tickets on your phone and present them at the door.
Use of an audio tour is free of charge.
Guided tour: €5 per participant (English language tours on Saturday and Sunday start at 13.00 pm).
Changes/Cancellations
Do you want to change the date or time of your online ticket? Follow the link in your confirmation email, or check this page. It is not possible to cancel or exchange tickets.
