Unfortunately, the museum is not suitable for wheelchairs, walkers and buggies.
Blind and visually impaired
There are no special facilities for the blind and visually impaired (yet). However, gloves can be borrowed to be able to touch certain objects.
Color blindness
There are no special facilities (yet) for visitors with (red-green) color blindness.
Free entrance for care-companion
Visitors who find it difficult to visit the museum on their own, may bring an accompanying person with them. This companion can enter for free. The companion ticket is only available at the box office. On arrival, please report to one of the hostesses or hosts in the entrance hall. He or she will be happy to assist you.
Service dogs
The museum is accessible to visitors with an assistance dog, if it is equipped with a harness.
